University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN)
Founded in 2021, the University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN) is an innovative university of the future—designed for the age of artificial intelligence as well as for ongoing technological, economic, and societal change. It is on its way to becoming a leading international institution. Its sustainable 37-hectare campus forms the centerpiece of a new district in Nuremberg. In the future, around 6,000 students will be taught and mentored by approximately 200 professors. The Nuremberg Metropolitan Region is among the most innovative regions in the European Union.
UTN currently offers two master’s degree programs, both taught in English:
The Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics provides advanced knowledge in robotics and artificial intelligence, as well as a deep understanding of core concepts, algorithms, and applications needed to develop and evaluate complex robotic systems and AI methods.
The Master’s program in Human & Artificial Intelligence combines computer science, psychology, and philosophy and opens up new perspectives on human cognition and artificial intelligence. Students learn to understand how the human mind works and how to use AI responsibly.
